Classes & Training
Gym classes in the Adelaide Hills, every one of them coached.
One gym in Lobethal, one method: coached strength and conditioning for everyday humans. Here is everything we run and who each one suits, so you can find your way in.
Every session on this page runs at the same address, off the same weekly program, with a coach on the floor the whole hour. Nothing here is a video on a screen or a room you are left alone in.

How to pick, if you are new
Almost everybody should start with strength and conditioning. It is the class the timetable is built around, it runs at every time slot, and it is the one the coaches programme first. The specialist pages exist because people search for them, not because you need to choose between them on day one.
Come for a week, do whatever fits your mornings, and let the coach tell you where you actually need work. That conversation is worth more than anything you will decide from reading a website.
What every class has in common
- A coach on the floor for the whole hour, watching reps and scaling on the spot.
- One programmed week, so Monday knows what Friday is doing.
- A booked spot through the app, so class sizes stay sensible.
- Sixty minutes, warm-up and cool-down included.
- The same room in Lobethal, whichever class you pick.

Good questions
Which class should I start with?
Strength and conditioning. It is our core class and it suits everyone from first-timers to people who have trained for years, because the coach scales every piece to the person doing it. Start there for a week, then branch out.
Do I need to be fit before I join a class?
No. That is the single most common worry and the single least founded one. Every session is scaled by the coach on the day, and the person next to you might be lifting double or half your weight.
How long does a class run?
An hour, start to finish, including the warm-up and the cool-down. Weekdays we run 5am, 6am and 9:15am, plus 5:15pm Monday to Thursday. Saturday at 7:45am is SEND IT.
Can I try before I pay anything?
Yes. The 7-day free trial gives you unlimited classes for a week plus an intro consult with a coach, and we do not ask for a card up front.
Where are the classes held?
Every class runs at our gym in Lobethal, 47a Main St, Lobethal SA 5241. Most of our members drive in from the surrounding Hills towns, which is a ten to twenty minute run for most of them.
Not sure which fits? Start with the free week.
Seven days of unlimited classes plus an intro consult with a coach, no card up front. You will know by Wednesday.
